Performance Training

The ability to develop the core elements of the body is essential to enhancing your athleticism.

Individual Sessions

  • Upon initial consultation we will assess the athletes/non-athletes knowledge of body development.  
  • Based upon the individuals results we will develop a specialized training and/or fitness curriculum.  
  • The specialized plan will be measured over-time to evaluate the participants progress and desired goals.




 

Team Sessions

  • Upon initial consultation we will assess the teams desired area of develop.  
  • We will Institute a plan that will foster individual development and team unity.  
  • Results will be evaluated over a specific time frame to assist in the process of achieving future success.

Sports can become a gateway to endless opportunities for our participating athletes and their family member's. Talent Elite offers a 4 week course of money management to our athletes and their family members, in-conjunction with mentorship throughout college and throughout their career choice.

This session includes personal finance, money management and investment options such as: stocks, bonds precious medals, foreign exchange.

This session will teach the basic 50/30/20 plan.
